Job Title : US Customer Care Executive 

Location - Mohali 8B

Salary + Overtime + Incentives up to 5-10K.

Shifts - US Night Shifts (8.5hrs login, any 2 week offs) + Cabs

Freshers can also apply.

Duties-

- Respond to customer enquiries through inbound calls/email contact from current and prospective customers with optional upselling.

- Strong convincing skills in handling customers.

- Must have good typing speed.

- No Sales/ No Targets

- Strong English communication skills required.

- Must be comfertable with night shifts.

- Immediate joining preferred.
