Title - UK Customer Service

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 30K CTC + 6-8K monthly Incentives

Shift Timings : Rotational UK Shifts

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with UK process and inbound calling is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls.
• Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve performance targets and KPI's.
• No Sales/ No Targets.
