Salary - Up to 30-32k CTC
5.5 days working, Cabs (pick n drop), UK Shifts, Week off- either Saturday or Sunday.
Exp - 6-12 Months
Details:-
• Serve as a main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
• Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
• Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Immediate joining preferred.
