As a Business Development Executive his/her responsibilities will include:

·     Excellent written and verbal communication

·     Keep prospective client database updated

·     Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

·     Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.

·     Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.

·     Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.

·     Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

·     Staying informed about competing products and services.

·     Upselling products and services.

·     Researching and qualifying new leads.

·     Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

·     Make cold calls for new & existing business leads

·     Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company

·     Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of clients, submission of quotations

·     Update CRM system with all client’s communications

v In regards to the role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English. Given the demography – it may be difficult to find one such but preference will be given to Fluent & Neutral English Speaker without Mother Tongue Influence.
