Job Overview
WHY tap is seeking a Senior Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in Chennai. As a full-time position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies, enhancing our reach, and contributing significantly to business growth. This role calls for a passionate professional with expertise in digital marketing and direct sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and direct sales with a record of successful campaigns (Mandatory skill).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis to monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage client relationships and streamline sales processes.
- Expertise in lead generation strategies with the ability to convert prospective clients into active customers.
- Experience in the admissions process within an eduTech setting to enhance student enrollment numbers.
- In-depth understanding of telesales techniques to effectively reach out to potential clients and close deals.
- Solid organizational skills to plan, implement, and assess marketing and sales initiatives efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and results to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
