Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to generate business via portals biding portals like freelancer, Upwork, Guru & PPH etc.
• Should be able to do b2b marketing and all types of Social Media marketing like LinkedIn, etc
• Must have knowledge email marketing
• Should be having excellent communication skills to interact with clients
• Should be confident to lead the team and generate the revenue for the organization.
Should be able to judge the performance of team and get timely business closures. Should be able to do regular team follow ups.
• Should be able to explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
• Should be able to prepare the client business proposals
• Should be able to handle the technical queries of clients and take decisions on the basis of client communication.
• Should be responsible for the overall team performance and achievement of goals as per the timelines given.
• Should be able to maintain the client database and to do regular client follow ups for business.
• Should have knowledge of bidding portals (Odesk, Elance, Web Guru,etc).
• Should meet the target requirements as per the KPI’s .
• Should be able to deal with HNI clients and build strong sales & marketing network.
• Should be able to work on Sites.
• Immediate joining preferred
