Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads.
• Route and match loads in a cost-effective manner.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
• Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
• Preparing Invoices and submission of paperwork with brokers and the accounting team.
• Tracking shipments / Handling customer’s inquiries.
• Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
• Need to Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in USA Blended process (Calling+ Emails).
• Accurate and fast data entry ability.
• Excellent computer skills, familiar with technology and methods like CAD.
• Great analytical ability and critical problem-solving ability.

Experience: 3+ yrs (International Process)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
