Qualifications and Skills
- Social Media Management (Mandatory skill): Hands-on familiarity with managing multiple social media platforms, planning content calendars, and scheduling posts.
- Content Creation (Mandatory skill): Ability to generate engaging written and visual content tailored for target audiences across various channels.
- Copywriting: Proficiency in crafting compelling social copy and captions that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Graphic Design: Experience in creating visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Canva: Adept at using Canva or similar tools for quick and professional content creation and graphic enhancements.
- SEO: Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimization techniques for enhancing organic reach and visibility.
- Google Analytics: Familiarity with using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and gather actionable insights for improved strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Exposure to marketing automation tools for streamlining content posting, audience segmentation, and engagement measurement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and update official social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a strong online presence across all platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, and videos to engage target audiences and increase followers.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ideating and executing innovative campaigns that resonate with both existing and potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to continuously refine and enhance strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner to build community engagement and foster positive relationships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns and evaluate their performance using analytics tools.
- Ensure all content is optimized according to SEO best practices and aligned with current digital marketing standards.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, growth metrics, and insights, presenting actionable recommendations to the team.
