Responsibilities
1. Responsible for driving sales through Relationship Manager & make sure they achieve their KRA
2. Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments.
3. Revenue product wise, segment wise and Branch level Profit
4. Resolve all back-office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
5. Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers.
6. Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive & Increase Market share.
- Recruitment, training and retention of manpower as per approval
Team Size
Should Carry Min 5-8 Person with him & able to Manage team size of 10+ Relationship Manager
