1.      Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly / Yearly for Volume, growth & productivity.

2.      Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/RSM/PMT.

3.      Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes & activities maintaining adequate inventories at the distribution level, the timely placing of distribution orders, following credit limits, timely payment, and claims settlement if any.

4.      Plan monthly travel on 25th of the month & coverage plan in consultation with the supervisor and timely submission for approval.

5.      Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.

6.      Organizing joint field work with seniors as per the plan and reviewing overall progress.

7.      Regular meeting with the customer as per standard monthly coverage plan agreed with ASM/RSM.

8.      Daily retail audit and updating data for developing profile customer list of territory.

9.      Developing KOLs - IWay Doctors, customers conversions for expanding MS and revenues.

10.  Daily reporting through CBO ERP & feedback of customer calls through reporting process as planned by the organization.

11.  Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.

Any other activity assigned from time to time.
