Job description

· Manage broad aspects of the redevelopment process for Project under any regulation of DCPR 2034

· Should be able to identify and pitch societies for redevelopment and negotiate the terms and conditions.

· Due-Diligence of Project Acquisitions and preparing accurate Feasibility Reports for ensuring maximum profitability.

· Should be able to do the calculation for Costings in redevelopment and prepare Feasibility Reports to best of its ability.

· Coordinate with Legal team to formulate Development Agreements, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements, resolve disputes of Societies and with other stakeholders

· Should be able to conduct meetings with societies and handle all queries and provide proper resolutions

· Taking care of Land acquisition, planning, approvals, project due diligence and scheduling, Negotiations, client management, project budgeting/underwriting and project reporting.

· Daily reporting and updating to the Management.


Desired Candidate:

· Preferred Candidates to have 5+ years of experience in business development in Real Estate Sector preferably in Mumbai.

· Shall be updated with the latest rules and regulations, notifications, circulars, DCPR 2034 and any other documents with respect to the redevelopment and land acquisition in MMR.

· Graduate degree in any discipline

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Excellent negotiation skill

· Should be comfortable with record keeping, recording and maintaining minutes, email communication and conducting meetings with the society.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach to completing projects and meeting deadlines
