- Able to handle reception and broadline calls.
- Experience required: minimum 2 to 3 years.
- Fluency required in English Communication.
- Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests.
- Always maintain professional appearance.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility.
- Collaborate with other members of the Sodexo on-site team, to dispatch as well as collect the work orders established after receiving a request through mail/phone/paper.
- Handling VVIPs Escorting’s and meeting room bookings, etc.
