- Excellent negotiation skills to persuade and influence potential clients successfully.
- Expertise in lead generation techniques to acquire and convert new customers effectively.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain loyal clientele.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Cold calling (Mandatory skill) for initiating contact and engaging with prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Wagnistrip’s travel services.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and monitor leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Engage with customers through effective negotiation to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement lead generation plans.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback for service improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all telesales regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
