ob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Backend Developer to join our development team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using the Laravel PHP framework
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including writing optimized queries and designing schemas
• Implement and manage authentication, authorization, and user management systems
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across environments and platforms
• Ensure application security and data protection best practices
• Write and maintain unit and feature tests to ensure code quality
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain documentation for developed features and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel features, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Laravel (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
• Proficient in PHP, CSS, HTML.
• Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of REST APIs, API authentication.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services.
