Duties / Responsibilities

Responsible for safeguarding the commercial interests of the organization including the receivables management as per defined credit policy. Should work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to manage and control business interest with various partners

• Monitor Distributor & Franchisee appointment as per policy
• Ensure adherence to defined agreement by Trade partners
• Implement credit policy to control Receivable and outstanding
• Evaluate and monitor Trade Schemes and Employee incentives.
• Manage credit notes for sales returns and discounts
• Monitor advertisement and sales promotional expense
• Prepare Sales dashboards with budget variance and projections
• Export documentation and monitor export benefits
• Compliance of legal requirements for business needs

Skills Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management
• Business acumen with commercial prudence
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
