Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at VSInterconnect India Pvt LTD in Bangalore. This mid-level, full-time position requires exceptional customer relationship management skills and proficiency in CRM software. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers in the Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in CRM Software (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage customer interactions and data.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Zendesk to facilitate help desk ticket management and customer support operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud for managing complex service processes and customer journeys.
- Ability to provide Live Chat Support, responding quickly to customer inquiries and issues.
- Strong Multilingual Communication skills to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance customer service.
- Familiarity with Call Center Solutions to efficiently handle a high volume of customer queries and feedback.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in Troubleshooting, to efficiently address and resolve customer concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback and insights.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their understanding and proper use of our solutions.
- Monitor customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments and effective service techniques.
- Contribute to the creation of customer support documentation, such as FAQs and service manuals.
