B2B sales/Corporate sales Manager-

Location HSR Layout Bangalore

  • Communicate effectively to corporates and their various stakeholders about the value proposition of the organization and its solutions.
  • Following sales cadence, basic discipline, behavior & getting groomed to fit into the B2B sales environment.
  • Understand the client needs and articulate it into professional presentations.
  • Cocreate solutions with clients.
  • Cold calls, emails, elevator pitches & persistent follow up with clients and maintaining relationship in the due course.
  • Learn the art of asking relevant questions, having meaningful conversations, negotiations and closing the deals with clients. Applying it over a period of time and become a successful Individual contributor towards the growth journey of themselves and the organization.
  • Learning all the time through internal programs, internet, newspapers and other media sources.
  • Develop and consistently maintain database for all the industry related corporate accounts through various sources and media.
  • Keeping abreast of the industry related happenings and the changes in the macro and micro economic conditions.
  • Using growth mindset principles and identifying their key growth areas, strengths and weaknesses during the journey and seeking help for their professional and personal growth.


  1. Excellent Communication skills
  2. Require candidates who have 2-3 years to 5 years of corporate sales experience selling to corporates. (Hr industry sales preferred, but any other industry is also welcome, no edtech B2C sales, selling to universitiesetc)
  3. Freshers with good communication skills and fire to do sales, want to be a hustler are welcome to join our journey. Should be good in preparing presentations.
