Corporate Relationship Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibility Areas

·        You will be primarily accountable for managing the relationship with all companies where Sprink is a food partner.

·        Work with senior management team to provide a superior level of service to clients by managing their expectations and our deliverables

·        Analysing client metrics to identify opportunities to improve the overall service

·        Communicate key client requirements/service levels internally and help Operations team to manage client expectations if required

·        Coordinate client satisfaction surveys (voice of the client)

·        Manage Client escalated issues and work on action items after performing root-cause analysis of the issues raised

·        Coordinate the invoicing process as per the monthly billing cycle of each client

·        Act as an escalation point and liaison across the divisions to coordinate resolution of client queries

Requirements

·      Maximum 2 years of work experience (In similar roles of Sales, Business development or Operations management role)

·      Should be graduate/diploma in any discipline

·      Strong organizational and administrative skills

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.

·      Comfortable with advanced features of MS excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations efficiency

·      Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      This is 6 days working role which will require the selected candidate to be available based on client's needs

·      The job requires daily travel to client location(s) so having own vehicle is a must
