HR Recruitment Executive -

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing end to end activities from sourcing to on-boarding of candidates -
  • Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within specified turnaround time.
  • Sourcing for quality resumes and conduct initial HR round, judge suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers. - End to End Recruitment
  • Lateral Hiring
  • Client Co-ordination
  • Manage entire hiring lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, scheduling, tracking, onboarding, etc.
  • Maintaining all portals like, indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc. - Role

Desired Candidate Profile: -

  1. Experience in Hiring across IT and Non-IT functions - Sales, Operations, Corporate Functions -
  2. Experience in hunting from Internet Product Organizations will be an add-on


  1. 1-5 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
  2. Bachelor or MBA in HR
  3. Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience. -
  4. Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  5. Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  6. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
