Work Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to provide high-quality technical support and maintain our robust IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing VoIP systems, resolving incident tickets, and collaborating with vendors/providers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support, including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage VoIP network performance, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Install, configure, and manage Asterisk PBX Servers as per client requirements.
• Handle software PBX installation and configure inbound and outbound dial plans.
• Work with various VoIP protocols, including SIP, IAX, and MGCP.
• Configure and auto-provision IP Phones (Polycom, Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco, etc.).
• Manage Network Address Translation (NAT) and advanced networking concepts for VoIP.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot VoIP-related issues, ensuring QoS and fraud prevention.
• Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark/Tshark to troubleshoot VoIP calls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DNS servers, network routing, LAN/WAN, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with VoIP carriers and vendors for seamless service integration.
• Generate customizable call log reports and provide insights to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX Servers

✔ Expertise in VoIP technologies, SIP trunking, and protocol handling

✔ Experience with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP Routing, NAT, Firewalls, VPNs)

✔ Proficiency in Linux operating systems

✔ Knowledge of VoIP & CRM integrations

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark/Tshark packet capture

✔ Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus

✔ Ability to work collaboratively and handle vendor communications
