We are looking for the position of Business Development Associate at the Hyderabad location.


We are looking for Dynamic male candidates with excellent communication skills.

Business Development Associate Responsibilities:


  • Dynamic male candidates with Excellent Communication skills.
  • Identifying new sales leads (Lead Generation, Cold Calling (50-60 calls per day), Convincing Skills, Negotiation Skills)
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn, and social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.


Office Timing Mon to Fri: 1 pm to 10 pm.

Saturday-2 to 8 pm.


Only Male Candidates can apply.

Any Graduation with 1 to 3 Years of Experience can apply.
