A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print media. Their main duties include:

1. Developing design concepts and graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
2. Working with clients and other team members to determine project requirements and specifications.
3. Creating original and eye-catching designs using various software and tools.
4. Preparing and presenting design options and mockups to clients and team members.
5. Making revisions to designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
6. Managing multiple design projects and meeting strict deadlines.
7. Collaborating with other designers and team members to ensure consistent branding across various mediums.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new software and tools to continually improve design quality.
9. Maintaining accurate records of design projects and files for future reference.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
2. Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines and specifications.
4. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
6. Knowledge of digital and print design requirements and specifications.
7. Creativity and ability to develop unique design concepts and ideas.
8. Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
