Job Description Team Leader Operations (Sales)


Experience Fresher to 1 Years of experience


What We Are Looking For In a Candidate


Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.


Sales TL- Preferred


  • Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients.
  • Oversight of team organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities.
  • Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales).
  • Doing field visits with team.
  • To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
  • To ensure that the buddy system is put in place to maintain the operation with minimal disruption in times of annual leave/sick leave/study leave and daily working hour schedules.
  • To monitor and document work schedule of staff and absences.
  • Ensure that all audit related issues are brought to a close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.


Job Descriptions-


  • Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.


  • Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers,


  • Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales


  • Ensure the team members are working where enrollments & usage are done regularly.


  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.


Key Role:


  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.

  • Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
