Job Description
We are looking for an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Your core work is to drive the project from the initiation phase to the final deployment at the client site. During this cycle, you will be responsible for communication with stakeholders, time and cost management.
You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the management activities aiming at ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

3) Job Roles & Responsibilities
With regards to delivering the above-mentioned services, the job requirements will be to:
1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, monitor and control the assigned engineering projects.
2. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
3. Interact daily with the team to let them know the work to be done and support them wherever necessary.
4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
5. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the client and project team.
6. Liaising with clients for the development of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality based training modules.
7. Gain a deep understanding of the customers’ requirements. Identify the technical aspects of the training modules.
8. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
9. Making and managing required documentation on word, excel, ppt and google sheets.
10. To demonstrate skills at understanding general and complex engineering concepts, and transforming them to produce communications, which deliver a clear message.
4) Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Pharma Engineering from a reputed and premier college.

1. Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
2. Ability to visualize and design client expectations
3. Advanced MS Office skills
4. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
5. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
6. Project management and supervision skills

8. Time management and organization skills
