Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Human Resources Executive to join our team at VIVO Life Sciences in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with a strong foundation in HR management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee relations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, contributing significantly to our human resource strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in using HRIS software for managing employee data and automating HR processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong capability in fostering employee engagement to enhance workplace morale and productivity (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory compliances relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and local regulations (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in managing exit formalities to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Skillful in payroll administration to accurately execute and manage employee compensation systems.
  • Effectiveness in onboarding processes to seamlessly integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive employee relations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage effective HR strategies to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee and administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Enhance employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements relevant to human resources activities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinate and conduct exit formalities, including exit interviews, to evaluate and improve HR practices.
  • Provide regular HR reports and insights to management using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software to streamline HR processes and data management.
