Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. You will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless Odoo ERP implementations and upgrades for our diverse clientele, while driving workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP functional role, demonstrating expertise in Odoo workflows and modules.
• Strong business process analysis skills to accurately capture and translate client requirements into scalable Odoo solutions.
• Experience in conducting effective functional testing of new Odoo features, customizations, and upgrades to ensure reliable performance.
• Proficient in client training, capable of preparing training materials and delivering onboarding sessions for end-users to maximize adoption.
• Excellent workflow optimization capabilities to identify process gaps and implement improvements leveraging Odoo functionalities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects in a cross-functional team setting, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
• Required: Familiarity with ERP best practices and standards for documentation, version control, and change management.
• Must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements through workshops and interviews to design appropriate Odoo solutions.
• Document functional specifications, workflows, and process mappings aligned with best practices and client needs.
• Configure Odoo modules and perform end-to-end testing to validate functional accuracy and system stability.
• Lead functional workshops and training sessions for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and system adoption.
• Coordinate with technical teams to communicate requirements, track project progress, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process automation within client operations using Odoo.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements as required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of functional modules, user guides, and project deliverables.
