Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Information Technology Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT Support, IT Infrastructure Management, and Network Administration. The position involves managing and supporting IT systems and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in IT Support to assist with troubleshooting, system performance evaluation, and user management for optimized business operations (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in IT Infrastructure Management to design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient IT infrastructures (Mandatory skill).
• Professional experience in Network Administration including the configuration, support, and monitoring of LAN/WANs (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Configuration Management tools and practices to maintain systems consistency and reliability.
• Ability to perform System Integration to ensure smooth interaction between software functions across platforms.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing environments to develop and manage scalable solutions.
• Proven Troubleshooting skills to resolve system-related issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Experience in Linux Administration for operating system management and deployment in our infrastructure.
