We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - Real Estate to join our team. As an ASM, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Navi Mumbai
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and marketing activities for our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Conduct property visits, site inspections, and present property details to potential buyers
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company policies and procedures
