Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess strong office administration skills with a proven track record of handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in vendor coordination and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors is essential. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage documents and communications. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to ensure smooth operations.

- Competence in calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of supplies, managing relationships to achieve cost and quality objectives.
- Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases to ensure information accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Assist in calendar management including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments for managers.
- Oversee inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages and ensuring optimal stock control.
- Facilitate communication within the team by monitoring correspondence and forwarding incoming emails to appropriate parties.
- Contribute to a well-organized workspace by managing filing systems and office organization projects.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required by management to support smooth restaurant operations.
