Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated GSA Service professional to join our team at Villa Maya. This full-time junior position is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing guest experiences, and contributing to our acclaimed hospitality standards.

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service with a strong focus on enhancing guest satisfaction and addressing complaints (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests promptly, ensuring a friendly and courteous reception to enhance their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to Villa Maya's hospitality standards.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service.
  • Support the team in setting up and clearing tables, managing reservations, and maintaining service readiness.
  • Continuously update knowledge about the restaurant's menu offerings to assist guests with informed recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain service excellence.
