Role - Business Development Executive/Manager
Responsibilities include:
• Opening new accounts and generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Soliciting
business for - IT Hardware, software, Networking, Services, Security solutions
• Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to enterprise
customers
• Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
• Build a funnel by effective cold calling, networking skills and other methods
• Develop Sales Projection Plan, Execute orders, Customer Satisfaction, Negotiate & close orders.
• Meet & greet prospective clients to Understand their requirement, Propose best possible solution
offerings for them
• Making presentation to client, negotiate rates and follow up till the execution and payment
received
• Managing existing clients, map & mine periodically to address delivery issues and get more
business.
Qualification
• 3+ years- of experience in Soliciting business for Sales
• Pleasing personality with Good Communication & Excellent presentation skills
• Energetic and Aggressive Strategist with very positive attitude, business acumen
• Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
• Must be someone who has carried revenue/ profit margins targets through-out their career.
• Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.

- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities where your company's products or services can add value and address their challenges
