AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1 Marketing Functions Help works manager achieve service sales target. Meet customers, analyze service and parts sales, devise & launch new scheme based on customer, market needs etc.

2 Product Management Prepare value proposition, interact with spare parts manager and works manager, measure market share, identify opportunities for increasing sales, conduct competitor analysis, analyze problems, communicate customers, take necessary actions, take necessary actions, implement and do a follow-up.

In Order to create a strong position for the product and service in the market.

3 Promotional Activities Creating unique customer specific packages (service/parts packages) aimed at retention and increasing market share, inform customers of new services through mailers, Participate product launches.

In Order to promote the services

4 Training Product comparison knowledge training - provide theoretical and practical training to customers. Brand platform initiative - conduct training to front-line people of proprietary vendors, significance of brand, communicative visual changes, maintain it on regular basis, present it to the customers, networking within the industry.

5 Special Projects Take-up special projects Map After Market competition and analyze their competencies.

In Order to carry out new projects efficiently and effectively

6 Customer Satisfaction Maintain customer and vehicle data for the assigned area and update it at the workshops, implement customer satisfaction initiatives

In Order to improve customer satisfaction levels

7 Key Account Management Execute planned actions for identified key accounts with respect to aftermarket (parts and service), liaison between concerned positions internally and the customer

In Order to present a one point contact for identified accounts.
