In Order to provide effective support in completion of service campaign 4 Data Analysis   Collect data on the complaint trend and analyze it and present it to the Works Manager

In Order to effective information technical support 5 External Vendor coordination   Coordinate with external venders

In Order to complete jobs in the work order 6 Customer Satisfaction   Assist the Service Advisor in updating information on Work-in-Progress, campaigns, etc.
