We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of barista experience, demonstrating proficiency in espresso machine operation and exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Skills

• Experience operating espresso machines to produce high-quality coffee beverages (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent customer service skills to engage with and satisfy our clientele (Mandatory skill).
• Inventory management skills to maintain and stock supplies and ingredients (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to create latte art to enhance the aesthetic appeal of coffee drinks.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Knowledge of sourcing high-quality coffee beans from various suppliers.
• Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure a hygienic cafe environment.
• Creativity in menu design to develop and introduce new beverage options regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment.
• Engage with customers to answer questions, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the cafe.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workspace at all times.
• Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Train new staff members on barista skills and customer service standards.
