Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team at USAM Technology Solutions Private Limited. As a (Sales) Renewal AutoCAD, you will be responsible for renewing AutoCAD licenses and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in B2B and corporate sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B and corporate sales.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with AutoCAD license renewal is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and software solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Renew AutoCAD licenses and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize renewal rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
  • Cold call potential customers to generate leads and expand customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
