Job Overview


We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at USAM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone or through email. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of sales experience, be self-motivated, and have a passion for technology.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other sales tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify sales leads through targeted messaging, cold calling, and research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Close sales deals over the phone or through email
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
