Roles and Responsibilities

• Brief course details to candidates and parents at the institute
• Conduct tele-counseling of prospective students for relevant courses, creating walk-ins to the center
• Handle tele-calling for lead generation and manage walk-in enquiries
• Generate new references from students
• Conduct in-house activities such as seminars and workshops
• Daily follow-up on enquiries and fee collections
