Uptempo Global Inc., a multi-language content translation and localization company headquartered in Seoul, is seeking talented Korean–English Translators &amp; Typesetters for our expanding webtoon localization projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Translate webtoon scripts from Korean → English with accuracy and cultural nuance.</li><li>Typeset English text into webtoon/comic panels, ensuring readability and natural flow.</li><li>Maintain consistency in terminology, character names, and style based on guides.</li><li>Work closely with translators, editors, and production teams to ensure quality.</li><li>Deliver projects on time and adapt based on editorial feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong Korean reading and comprehension ability.</li><li>Native-level English fluency.</li><li>Familiarity with webtoons/comics and creative storytelling.</li><li>Experience with typesetting tools (Photoshop, Clip Studio, or similar).</li><li>Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Prior experience in translation, localization, or editorial work.</li><li>Graphic design/editing knowledge.</li></ul>
