· Responsible for preparing and updating the Duties & responsibilities of all the staff.
- Responsible for doing the Manpower planning along with the Head-HR for all branches
· Salary negotiation and fixing of salaries once a candidate gets shortlisted by HODs and henceforth taking the approval from MD along with HR Executive.
· Issuing of Offer letters and Appointment letters.
· Taking the credentials and checking the credentials and Experience certificates.
· Creating a personal file for an individual and give them forms related to Joining formalities to fill up.
· Keeping all the necessary documents and forms of an individual in the Personal file.
· Handling grievance of employees regarding any issue like salary calculation, securapp problem, giving counseling if they have any disciplinary issue
· Responsible for providing SIM card, ID Cards, visiting cards to eligible employees
· Responsible for providing HDFC Bank accounts
· Responsible for maintaining Airtel CUG connections and coordinate with Relationship Manager for any updates
· Attending ISO audits, maintaining ISO related files and to coordinate with other departments for concerned records
· Preparing of circulars and communicating important issues to all employees
· Conducting monthly meetings with team leaders and maintaining minutes of meetings for the same.
- Joining Formalities
- Ensure that all the joining reports and applications are filled by the joiner and the same is documented in the personal file.
- Check for all the records in the file and ensure that checklist is prepared
- Check whether appointment letters been issued.
- Issue Service Agreement to the Required Persons Orientation and Induction
- Conduct Induction Program for the new joiners.
- Responsible for Exit formalities, NOC and exit interview
- Issuing of relieving letters to left employees
· Responsible for conducting Annual Performance Appraisals for all staff. Ensure the following procedures are followed while conducting the appraisals
o Prepare the list of staff to be appraised
o Prepare the Appraisal forms and give it to the HOD
o Taking the feedback from the HODs
o Preparing the final Appraisal grading
o Handing it over to the Head-HR.
· Forms and Formats: Preparing and updating HR related formats and formatted in coordination with Head-HR.
- Daily MIS report
- Daily rounds to develop interpersonal relations with the staff.
Statutory Responsibilities:
· Generation of payroll & pay slips
· PF calculations & submission of in-time challan
· ESI calculations & submission of in-time challan
· Creation of new UAN & TIC for ESI
· Handling any grievance relating to PF & ESI
· Providing Health insurance for eligible emplyees
Admin Responsibilities:
· Responsible for housekeeping of premises
· Providing safety PPE items to employees
· Maintaining and providing stationery items
· Taking care of sitting arrangements of new joiners
