Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer with a diploma in Electronics to join our testing and quality team. The candidate will be responsible for functional and in-process testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs), and modules; identifying faults, documenting results, and supporting the engineering team in ensuring the highest product quality before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cold checks, power checks and functional checks during in process and integration level on PCB assemblies and subsystems
• Interpret basic circuit schematics and test procedures
• Identify, document, and report observations and quality issues to the engineering or QA team
• Work using test jigs, fixtures, and semi-automated/manual test setups
• Assist engineering team in debugging and re-testing after rework
• Maintain test logs, records, and test reports for traceability
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), ESD safety protocols, and workplace cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assemblies testing
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit behavior
• Familiarity with common test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, power supply, high frequency instruments)
• Ability to read simple schematics, layout prints, and wiring diagrams
• Good hand-eye coordination for handling PCBs and connectors
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in Basic soldering or rework skills
• Exposure to SMT and through-hole components

Knowledge of ISO or IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610
