Job Overview
Sales Engineer position available at Koa Global Corporation, a leading Japanese multinational company. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling Koa Corporation products to customers in the Bangalore, Karnataka, India region. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and nurturing strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic components industry
- Fluency in English and Japanese languages - Preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Koa Corporation products to potential customers in the Bangalore region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate customers on Koa Corporation products
- Collaborate with the sales and strategic marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to enhance product knowledge and provide competitive insights
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Koa Corporation and generate leads
- Work closely with internal teams, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues
