Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of RF and microwave subsystems for communication, radar, and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF circuit design, system integration, and testing — preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, simulate, and develop RF and microwave circuits and modules, including amplifiers, filters, mixers, and oscillators.
• Develop and analyze RF schematics, PCB layouts, and high-frequency signal paths with attention to impedance control and signal integrity.
• Conduct S-parameter analysis, and system-level RF performance evaluation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (digital, mechanical, and embedded) to ensure seamless integration of RF systems.
• Define and perform RF testing and validation using VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, and Power Meter.
• Support prototype bring-up, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for design and production issues.
• Prepare design documentation, test reports, and support product qualification and certification activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF design and testing, preferably in defense/aerospace or communication systems.
• Strong proficiency with RF simulation and design tools such as ADS, AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, CST, or EMPro.
• In-depth understanding of RF components, impedance matching, S-parameters, and signal integrity principles.
• Experience in PCB design for high-frequency circuits, including microstrip and stripline design.
• Hands-on experience with RF test instruments (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, etc.).
• Knowledge of FPGA or digital interface integration with RF subsystems is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military-grade or rugged RF systems.
• Familiarity with thermal and mechanical constraints in RF hardware design.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and qualification processes.
• Exposure to system-level design and architecture definition.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with vendors and customers.
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and quality.
