Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement of components and materials required for our engineering and manufacturing projects. You will work closely with suppliers, engineers, and the production team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase electronic, mechanical, and RF components as per project needs.
• Understand BOMs (Bill of Materials), technical drawings, and specifications.
• Compare supplier quotes, negotiate prices, and place orders.
• Track order deliveries and follow up with suppliers to avoid delays.
• Maintain proper records of all purchases and supplier information.
• Support vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of purchase experience, preferably in defence, aerospace, or electronics industry.
• Good understanding of technical components and documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with defence labs (DRDO, ISRO, HAL, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of import/export rules and industry standards like ISO 9001 / AS9100.
