We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of power supply systems and circuits for a range of electronic applications. This role involves working on both AC-DC and DC-DC power systems with a focus on efficiency, thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout guidance for power circuits

Perform simulations (using tools like LTspice, PSpice, or SIMetrix) to validate design concepts

Analyze and optimize power supply performance for parameters such as efficiency, ripple, transient response, and thermal behavior

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical) to ensure system-level integration

Conduct EMI/EMC analysis and implement filtering techniques to meet compliance standards

Create and execute test plans for validation, qualification, and failure analysis

Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports

Stay updated with the latest power electronics technologies and industry trends
