🔹 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Accountable for meeting the budgeted sales target for defense / Aerospace and PSU accounts.
• Handle technical bids and tender processes
• Work closely with Product Managers, FAEs, and principals
• Drive end-to-end account management and forecasting
• Engage with defense customers on project-based opportunities.
• Travel 50% - 70% of your office time.
🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• 4-8 years of experience in sales & key account management in Electronic Component Distribution.
• Proven experience as a key account manager handling defence and PSU accounts in the South Indian market.
• Through experience in the Tendering process.
• Graduation with the ability to understand technical requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
• Strong communicator (verbal & written) and good negotiator
• Great knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any CRM software like ERP Next
