Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end sales operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including bid participation, product listing, and order processing
• Identify suitable tenders and procurement opportunities through online platforms and government portals
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payments, shipments, and order fulfilment
• Track and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with relevant tender guidelines, documentation standards, and deadlines
• Generate leads through calls, email campaigns, and online research

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GeM portal, e-tendering, or government procurement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a process-driven approach
• Initiative taker
