About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Embedded Systems & FPGA Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and validating embedded systems, along with expertise in FPGA-based hardware design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, high-performance solutions for industrial and mission-critical applications. Experience with High-Level Synthesis (HLS) tools and methodologies will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement embedded firmware for microcontrollers, processors, and FPGA platforms.

Develop FPGA-based designs using VHDL/Verilog and optimize for performance, area, and power.

Work on hardware-software integration, board bring-up, and debugging.

Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to define architecture and specifications.

Perform simulation, verification, and validation of FPGA and embedded designs.

Optimize real-time embedded applications for performance, safety, and reliability.

Develop test plans, documentation, and provide technical support during product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.

3–4 years of industry experience in Embedded Systems and FPGA design.

Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems.

Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog and FPGA design tools (Xilinx Vivado / Intel Quartus / ModelSim).

Experience with RTOS, device drivers, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, CAN, etc.).

Solid understanding of digital design concepts, timing analysis, and hardware debugging.

Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and embedded debugging tools (JTAG, GDB, etc.).

Good to Have

Exposure to high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SERDES).

Experience in MATLAB/Simulink or Model-Based Design.

Knowledge of signal processing, image processing, or AI accelerators on FPGA.

Familiarity with industrial-grade design practices (safety, reliability, EMI/EMC compliance).
