·        Keeping the customer updated about the progress of Shipments.

·        Preparing Purchase orders and scheduling Delivery as per Sales concluded

·        Responsible for Day to Day Planning with Marketing & Supplier for Dispatch Planning

·        Appointment of Surveyors for Cargo inspection, Follow up for Results & Final Certificate

·        Well Versed with LC terms & Conditions

·        Preparing documents as per LC terms /DA/ DP terms for Exports

·        Coordinate with CHA/Customs for Clearance Activities and issues related to Movement & Clearance of containers.

·        Monthly Declarations of ECGC, Insurance, REX.
