• Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks for multiple UK-based clients.
• Prepare and file financial statements and reports for clients, including monthly and annual reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Preparation of variance reports between Budget and Actual.
• Work with clients to resolve accounting-related issues and provide guidance on accounting practices and regulations.
• Use accounting software and tools to manage client accounts.
• Continuously update knowledge of UK accounting practices and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members as required.
