• Education: University level courses in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience: +3 years in procurement function in a food , pharma or FMCG sector.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Extrovert / Outgoing personality who can communicate effectively with global stakeholders
• Curious, interested to learn and able to take ownership of tasks
• Good analytical skills – able to visualize and utilize huge data for effective decision making
• Confident – to complete tasks on time with minimum / 0 errors
• Problem solver – able to use own ideas and think out of the box.
• Able to convince suppliers to maintain timely delivery of products in right quantity & right quality
• Able to prioritize effective follow up with over 50 open orders with global suppliers
• Experience from manufacturing, wholesaling or logistics
• Good calculation and negotiation skills
• Strong competencies within Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude when under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Ability to establish harmonious work relationship with all colleagues in an international and multicultural environment.
